Opened in 1977, NorthShore Glenbrook Hospital, a 143-bed hospital, offers high-tech medical care in a community setting including cardiac care, hip and knee replacement, LASIK; gastroenterology; neurological services including a sleep center, cognitive and memory disorder program and a Parkinson's disease clinic.

A $100 million expansion project is currently underway to enhance the Hospital campus with a new 22,000 square-foot Emergency Department and expanded radiology and cardiology services. A new three-story Ambulatory Care Center housing a vastly expanded Kellogg Cancer Center and the new NorthShore Neurological Institute is also being built.
